Are you passionate about testing, validation, and driving innovation in product development? Join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in ensuring high-quality testing operations, maintaining cutting‑edge facilities, and improving test methodologies!

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily test operations, including equipment setup, maintenance, and facility upgrades.
  • Collaborate with designers to conduct tests and ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
  • Manage test room operations, including manpower allocation and customer testing requests.
  • Continuously improve test methods and system management for enhanced efficiency.
  • Interpret test results and generate reports based on customer requirements.
  • Analyze and finalize test outcomes for approval while ensuring data accuracy.
  • Supervise validation work performed by technicians.
  • Troubleshoot abnormalities and failures in test units.
  • Conduct inspections and verifications for incoming equipment, purchased items, and services.
  • Participate in Proficiency Tests (PT) and Inter‑Laboratory Comparison (ILC) programs.
  • Calculate Measurement Uncertainty (MU) and incorporate results into test reports.
  • Ensure all testing adheres to ISO 17025, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
What We’re Looking For
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Material Engineering (CGPA 3.0 / Second Upper and above).
