Provide nursing care in accordance with medical instructions.
Monitor patients’ vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration.
Administer medications and injections as prescribed.
Accurately document patient information and maintain up-to-date medical records.
Prepare daily reports and update the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care.
Support health awareness campaigns and community outreach programs.
Prepare treatment rooms and assist in medical procedures.
Ensure the cleanliness, safety, and readiness of medical equipment and tools.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive patient care.
Comply with nursing ethics, clinic/hospital policies, and safety protocols.
Diploma or Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution.
Registered with the Malaysian Nursing Board (LJM).
Compate with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Responsible, disciplined, and able to work independently.
