The role involves organizing training sessions for customers on how to efficiently use Technical Data and coordinating workshops while ensuring compliance and continuous improvement. Job Description: The jobholder is responsible for providing to Asia Pacific region Customers first line support on Maintenance & Engineering Technical Data to obtain/maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. This includes familiarization/ training to ensure efficient use of the technical data by Customers. Also acquiring customers feedback on Airbus Technical data products, support and services in order to identify issues and/or subjects for continuous improvements.
This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.
