Manage relationship and engagement with business partners and alliances to build stronger ties. Explore and expand and propose new alliances to build business opportunities. Network within the industry to gain market insights of products and business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Products/Business Collaborations:
    • Planning and identifying new relationships, expanding penetration with federal and state government agencies.
    • Business support to preferred target segments (i.e. federal and state government agencies) to expand sales channel networking.
    • Regular marketing visitation to foster relations with government bodies, pensioner associations, regional officers and other business partners.
  • Conduct market intelligence on competitors and report on emerging trends or any new development for products/business.
  • Administration and services coordination for the department.
  • Drive core sales target and cross‑selling targets such as deposits and takaful.
  • Stakeholder engagement:
    • All divisions in the banking group.
    • Other strategic business units and functional units facilitating cross‑initiative operations support.
    • Third‑party service providers, partners, vendors and distribution channels.
