Qualifications

  • 6+ years of relevant marketing experience in a B2B services industry.
  • Proven experience in campaign execution across the full marketing spectrum.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to influence senior leadership.
  • Strong ability to prioritize and communicate plans, progress, and results effectively.
  • Comprehensive understanding of APAC markets with the ability to identify, segment, and engage key business audiences effectively.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Willingness to be flexible to developing business priorities.

Overview

As the Regional Marketing Manager for APAC, you will lead marketing planning and execution for the region, ensuring alignment with business priorities, growth opportunities, and sales targets. Your focus will be on driving brand awareness and generating leads through integrated, multi-channel B2B campaigns.

You will work closely with key stakeholders, including regional, market, and Client team leaders, and share results and insights to demonstrate impact. As part of the Group Marketing function, you will collaborate with a global team of experienced marketers, regional sales colleagues, and subject matter experts to develop well-structured campaigns that deliver key messages and value propositions to the right audience at the right time. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced marketing manager ready to take on a strategic role in a dynamic organization, working with colleagues from around the world.

Key responsibilities

  • Measure, analyze, and report campaign performance, providing actionable insights to colleagues and senior stakeholders.
  • Manage and develop two direct reports in APAC, guiding them in planning and executing regional marketing campaigns and events.
  • Develop a deep understanding of TMF Group’s services and client needs to ensure relevance and effectiveness in all marketing initiatives.
Key requirements
  • 6+ years of relevant marketing experience in a B2B services industry.
  • Proven experience in campaign execution across the full marketing spectrum.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to influence senior leadership.
  • Strong ability to prioritize and communicate plans, progress, and results effectively.
  • Comprehensive understanding of APAC markets with the ability to identify, segment, and engage key business audiences effectively.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Willingness to be flexible to developing business priorities.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus).
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams.
  • University degree required.
