Position Focus
This role is responsible for driving key HR initiatives across Southeast Asia (SEA). In addition to regional responsibilities, the role contributes to strategic HR projects across Asia, with a strong focus on enhancing employee experience, engagement and retention.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Experience & Engagement
- Design and implement programs that elevate the employee experience and foster engagement across SEA sites.
- Monitor engagement metrics and collaborate with local HR teams to identify and address areas for improvement.
Retention & Culture
- Partner with site HR teams to develop and execute retention strategies tailored to local needs and aligned with regional objectives.
- Promote a culture of inclusion, collaboration, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
- Support the rollout of DEI initiatives and awareness campaigns across SEA.
- Track progress and assist in adapting global DEI strategies to fit local contexts.
HR Capability Development
- Contribute to the design and delivery of programs that build HR capabilities across the region.
- Facilitate HR team development through training, knowledge sharing, and process enhancement.
Regional Collaboration
- Serve as a connector between SEA sites and Asia to ensure alignment and consistency in learning and organizational development (L&OD) practices.
- Participate in Asia-wide HR projects, providing insights and perspectives from SEA markets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of HR or L&OD experience, ideally in a regional or multi-country capacity.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in employee engagement, DEI, or HR capability development is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across diverse cultures and geographies.
- Willingness to travel across SEA and Asia as required.
