A regional HR company seeks an experienced HR professional to drive key HR initiatives across Southeast Asia. This role focuses on enhancing employee experience, engagement, and retention strategies. Qualifications

  • Develop and execute tailored retention strategies in collaboration with local HR teams.
  • Support DEI initiatives and track progress across SEA sites.
  • Contribute to programs that build HR capabilities across the region.
  • Serve as a connector between SEA sites and Asia for alignment in HR practices.

Position Focus

This role is responsible for driving key HR initiatives across Southeast Asia (SEA). In addition to regional responsibilities, the role contributes to strategic HR projects across Asia, with a strong focus on enhancing employee experience, engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities
Employee Experience & Engagement
  • Design and implement programs that elevate the employee experience and foster engagement across SEA sites.
  • Monitor engagement metrics and collaborate with local HR teams to identify and address areas for improvement.
Retention & Culture
  • Partner with site HR teams to develop and execute retention strategies tailored to local needs and aligned with regional objectives.
  • Promote a culture of inclusion, collaboration, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
  • Support the rollout of DEI initiatives and awareness campaigns across SEA.
  • Track progress and assist in adapting global DEI strategies to fit local contexts.
HR Capability Development
  • Contribute to the design and delivery of programs that build HR capabilities across the region.
  • Facilitate HR team development through training, knowledge sharing, and process enhancement.
Regional Collaboration
  • Serve as a connector between SEA sites and Asia to ensure alignment and consistency in learning and organizational development (L&OD) practices.
  • Participate in Asia-wide HR projects, providing insights and perspectives from SEA markets.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of HR or L&OD experience, ideally in a regional or multi-country capacity.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in employee engagement, DEI, or HR capability development is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across diverse cultures and geographies.
  • Willingness to travel across SEA and Asia as required.
