The role of a Regional Head of Training is pivotal in supporting the Head of Training by ensuring that training programs align with organizational goals and are effectively delivered.
The responsibilities typically include:
Collaboration: Working with the Head of Training to develop and implement training programs that enhance employee skills and align with the company's strategic objectives.
ManagingtheRegional Training team:Overseeing the trainers' effectiveness and developing trainers'capability.
SuperviseTrainingCurriculum:Planning manpower resourcesandoverseeing the delivery of training sessions and ensuring quality delivery of training program.
Content Development: Conduct Training Needs Analysis of agencies and co-create training program with Academia in HQ
Evaluation andReporting: Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics;compilingtrainingreportsforHQandmakingpresentationstomanagement.
