Job summary

A leading Microsoft Dynamics 365 partner is looking for a General Manager to establish and lead their new branch in Malaysia. This role involves developing business strategies, overseeing operations, and leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365 expertise. The ideal candidate will possess strong business development skills and leadership experience, ideally in international contexts. Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and fluency in both English and local Malaysian languages.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O in sales, implementation, or solution management roles.
• Proven track record of 3+ years in leadership positions, preferably in cross-cultural environments.
• Demonstrated experience in business development in the Southeast Asian market.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies for the Malaysia branch.
• Oversee all operational aspects of the branch.
• Build relationships with Microsoft ecosystem partners.
