A manufacturing company based in Malaysia seeks a Branch Manager to oversee strategic goals and operational consistency across all branches. The successful candidate will develop budgets, improve business operations, and ensure customer service excellence. Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree in business administration and 3+ years of management experience. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential, and fluency in Mandarin is encouraged.
Work with senior leadership to develop the company’s strategic goals and ensure these are effectively communicated and executed at branch levels.
Oversee the execution of key strategic initiatives across all branches, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
Track progress towards strategic goals by reviewing performance metrics across branches. Adjust plans as necessary to meet business objectives.
Maintain operational consistency all branches in terms of processes, quality standards, and customer experience.
Optimize business operations at branch levels by introducing process improvements, eliminating inefficiencies, and leveraging technology where applicable.
Oversee the financial performance of all branches. Monitor revenues, expenses, and profit margins at both levels.
Develop and manage budgets for each branch, ensuring that financial resources are efficiently allocated. Implement cost-control measures across locations.
Consolidate financial reports from branches. Present these reports to senior management and shareholders, providing insights into the financial health of the entire organization.
Directly manage branch. Ensure all team are trained, equipped, and motivated to lead their teams effectively.
Work with HR to ensure the right talent is hired for branches, including leadership roles, operational staff, and support functions.
Develop and implement a unified sales strategy that applies to all branches. This may involve product offerings, pricing strategies, and local vs. corporate-level sales tactics.
Oversee marketing campaigns (for national reach) and local marketing efforts at individual branches to ensure consistency and alignment with the brand.
Ensure branches provide excellent customer service. Foster a customer‑centric culture, handling escalated issues when necessary.
Ensure that quality standards are met consistently across all branches. This includes service quality, product offerings, and operational procedures.
REQUIREMENT :
Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a similar field preferred.
3+ years of management and leadership experience.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent leadership and decision‑making skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
Willing to travel outstation (within Malaysia and outside Malaysia)
