Job Overview

We are seeking a hands‑on Regional Director to lead the setup and operations of the new facility in Malaysia. This role combines technical leadership in dyestuff production with business development and operational management, reporting directly to the headquarters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the setup and operation of the dyestuff mixing facility, ensuring accurate formulations, quality control, and color consistency.
  • Manage production, inventory, records, and safety compliance.
  • Hire, train, and manage the local team for production and business functions.
  • Develop and execute business growth strategies and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and partners.
  • Oversee budgeting, P&L, and operational reporting to headquarters.
  • Coordinate with headquarters on technical improvements, market trends, and operational strategies.
Requirements
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in dyestuff production, lab, or dye house operations.
  • Managerial experience with team leadership and business development exposure.
  • Strong knowledge of formulation, color matching, powder handling, safety, and compliance.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to a new operational environment.
Preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
  • Experience with greenfield setup or new plant operations.
Additional Information
