Qualifications

• Minimum 15–20 years of progressive finance leadership experience.
• At least 5 years at the CFO or regional finance head level.
• Experience managing multi-country operations, preferably in retail.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Group’s financial strategy and capital allocation.
• Drive annual budgeting and mid-term planning for all entities.
• Oversee Group financial reporting compliance with MFRS/IFRS.
• Manage cash management, banking relationships, and liquidity planning.
• Ensure strong internal controls and risk management frameworks.
• Lead Investor Relations strategy and communication with stakeholders.
