With manufacturing sites in both Europe and North America, they offer end-to-end solutions from prototyping to mass production, backed by rigorous quality standards and technical excellence.

Job Description
  • New Business Development & Account Growth: Identify and qualify leads across key markets, converting prospects into long-term customers. You'll be responsible for expanding market share and driving revenue through strategic acquisition efforts.
  • Technical Sales & Customer Liaison: Act as the bridge between customers and internal engineering teams. You'll manage technical requirements, coordinate product testing and qualifications, and ensure seamless communication throughout the sales cycle.
  • Market Intelligence & Strategic Planning: Monitor industry trends, customer demand, and competitor activity to support accurate forecasting and inform business strategy.
  • Sales Operations & Reporting: Manage quotations, order tracking, and backlog. Conduct regular customer visits and prepare detailed sales reports to measure performance and progress.
The Successful Applicant
  • Proven track record in B2B sales and business development within the electrical connectors or related industries.
  • Deep understanding of sectors such as civil aviation, aerospace & defense, telecom, medical equipment, or similar.
  • Comfortable with a hunter-style role, initiating 0-to-1 business relationships.
  • Willingness to travel regionally (~40%) across Southeast Asia, India, and China.
  • Strong interpersonal and coordination skills, with the ability to manage complex technical sales cycles.
