A leading recruitment firm in Malaysia is seeking a passionate Recruitment Specialist for a 1-Year Contract role. You will independently manage end-to-end recruitment processes across the APAC region, ensuring hiring manager satisfaction and a positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate should have 4-5 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field, and fluency in English. This role offers a hybrid working model and an opportunity for contract extension based on performance.

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple levels within the organization.
You will be accountable for hiring manager satisfaction, candidate experience, hiring quality, and delivery speed, ensuring a seamless and professional recruitment process.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes independently across countries within the APAC time zone.
Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Source talent through a mix of job portals, direct sourcing, referrals, and networking.
Deliver a positive candidate experience, ensuring clear communication and timely updates throughout the hiring process.
Act as a Talent Advisor, sharing market insights, talent trends, and best practices with hiring managers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and key stakeholders.
Ensure accurate and timely updates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS – SuccessFactors).
Monitor and consistently meet recruitment KPIs such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Support ad-hoc recruitment projects and initiatives to improve recruitment processes and efficiency.
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
4–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in corporate recruitment or manufacturing / engineering environments.
Proven ability to manage recruitment independently while collaborating with regional and global teams.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills; able to handle multiple requisitions concurrently.
Fluent in English (additional regional languages are an advantage).
