What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies, with a strong focus on retail and frontline positions
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets
- Be hands‑on in sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates when needed
- Manage full‑cycle recruitment, from sourcing to successful placement
- Partner closely with hiring heads to understand outlet manpower needs and hiring priorities
- Support business growth through recruitment planning and strategic initiatives
- Track recruitment progress, identify bottlenecks, and continuously improve turnaround time
- Achieve monthly recruitment targets
- Ensure at least 1 headcount hired per outlet, aligned with manpower requirements
- Deliver prompt replacement hiring to minimise manpower gaps
- Maintain strong hiring manager satisfaction and positive candidate experience
- Manage and optimise the monthly recruitment budget
Qualifications & Requirements
- A diploma holder in any discipline with a minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience
- Proven experience in retail or high‑volume recruitment, preferably in a managerial or senior recruiter role
- Strong hands‑on recruitment capability, able to manage multiple outlets and urgent hiring needs
- Good understanding of retail staffing challenges, sourcing channels, and market conditions
- Highly organised, results‑driven, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced retail environment
- Passion for talent scouting and building strong retail teams
- Bright, professional, and eager to challenge the status quo for the better
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions
