Recruiter (Remote) Part Time


Salary: MYR 15-20 / hour


CR Consultancy Pte Ltd is a business consultancy that provides outsourced services in accounting, tax, corporate secretarial, HR, payroll, and more.



Responsibilities


  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for positions across assigned countries

  • Draft and post job advertisements on region-specific platforms (e.g., JobStreet, LinkedIn, Indeed, MyCareersFuture etc)

  • Draft job descriptions

  • Source and screen candidates through job boards, databases, and direct outreach

  • Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates based on job requirements and cultural fit

  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and maintain clear communication

  • Maintain and update candidate databases and hiring status trackers

  • Liaise with candidates from different regions, providing a positive and professional experience

  • Work with HR team in coordinating onboarding process for successful hire

  • Provide weekly updates on recruitment progress and highlight any hiring challenges or market trends

  • Support ad hoc recruitment tasks or region-specific hiring drives when needed



Qualifications


  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or a related field

  • Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably with regional/multi-country exposure

  • Familiarity with hiring practices and job portals across Southeast Asia

  • Strong communication and coordination skills, comfortable liaising with stakeholders from different backgrounds

  • Proficient in Microsoft Teams (added advantage)

  • Must be able to interact and write reasonably in English

  • Applicants must have their own laptop and a stable internet connection. A company-provided laptop is available if applicants are based in Penang, KL, JB, Singapore.
