Job Description

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with client companies to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored hiring solutions.
  • Candidate Sourcing and Screening: Identify, attract, and evaluate potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, networking, and direct outreach.
  • Interview Coordination and Support: Organise interviews between candidates and clients, provide interview preparation guidance, and manage feedback throughout the process.
  • Negotiation and Placement: Facilitate offer negotiations between clients and candidates to ensure successful placements and mutual satisfaction.Market Insight and Reporting: Stay informed on industry trends, provide market intelligence to clients, and maintain accurate records of recruitment activity.

The Successful Applicant

To be considered for this role you should be highly passionate, energetic, team oriented and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Those with previous experience in recruitment or sales will be highly regarded, although if you posses the above traits without previous sales experience, please also feel free to apply!
