  • Job Descriptions: Keep job descriptions updated and relevant to reflect current business needs.
  • Locum Hiring Lead: Take the lead in sourcing, hiring, and onboarding locum (part‑time) clinicians.
What We’re Looking For
  • Education: Degree in HR, Psychology, or equivalent.
  • Experience: 3–5 years in recruitment (experience in healthcare/hospital setting is a plus).
  • Interviewing Skills: Proficient & confident in conducting all types of interviews.
  • People Skills: Strong communicator, influencer, and relationship builder with great decision‑making ability.
  • Organized & Detail‑Oriented: Proactive, organized, able to manage multiple roles/tasks simultaneously while staying meticulous with documentation and information accuracy.
  • Professional: Handles confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Tech‑Savvy: Comfortable using HR systems and recruitment tools.
