  • Greet and attend to visitors professionally
  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and emails
  • Manage appointments, and schedules
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, parcels, and documents
  • Perform general administrative duties including filing, data entry, scanning, and document preparation
  • Assist with office administration and daily operations
  • Coordinate courier services and basic logistics
  • Support management and team with ad-hoc administrative tasks
Job Requirements
  • Minimum SPM
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Prior experience in receptionist or admin role is an advantage
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
