Job Responsibilities
  • Involvement in drafting, reviewing, and commenting on a wide range of corporate and commercial agreements, including sale and purchase agreements.
  • Providing legal advice on real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and loans.
  • Drafting and reviewing board resolutions, minutes, and other corporate governance documents.
  • Acting in a direct support role to partners, participating in strategic discussions and business development-related matters of the law firm.
  • Collaborating with colleagues and ensuring timely reporting to partners.
Education and Experience
