Real Estate - General Attorney in Kuala Lumpur, Federal Territory

Responsibilities
  • Involvement in real estate transactions, including sub-sales, land transactions, leases, and tenancies.
  • Providing legal advice on stamp duty, land instruments, land-related consents, and land law.
Qualifications
  • Possession of a minimum second upper LLB degree, and where applicable, completion of the Bar Professional Training Course (BPTC) or Certificate in Legal Practice (CLP).
  • Licensed as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya.
Requirements
