Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 years working experience in fixed asset & lease accounting.
• External experience in shared service or business process outsourcing is preferable.
• Ability to demonstrate Roche Competencies: strategic agility, decision making, etc.

Responsibilities

• Manage fixed assets & lease accounting including reporting and compliance.
• Perform capital project accounting and financial monitoring.
• Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliation and manage anomalies.
• Ensure compliance with Internal Control Financial Reporting and local requirements.
• Engage in continuous improvement projects and ensure knowledge transfer.
