R&D Engineer, System Design (Thermodynamic/Heat Transfer Design)

Join our dynamic System Design team as we lead the design of cutting-edge air conditioning units. In this role, you will:

Play a key role in sourcing and standardizing components and raw materials for the latest refrigerant technologies.

Simulate and analyze the performance of air conditioning units, using this data to design and select key components.

Develop and optimize control logic for air conditioning systems.

Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the best component sourcing and parts selection.

Gather, analyze, and share valuable technical information to enhance product design and functionality.

Research and propose innovative improvements to our product range and manufacturing processes.

Manage and update material master data and Bill of Materials (BOM) in SAP.

Ensure all designs comply with internal standards and industry regulations.

Lead the creation of detailed 2D and 3D drawings and prototypes.

Contribute to the innovation process by preparing patents for filing.

We are looking for a highly motivated candidate with the following qualifications:

A Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, with a CGPA of 3.0/2nd Upper or above.

Strong independence, a positive attitude, and excellent interpersonal skills.
