1. Assist manager to execute various production management.

2. Ensure meets production schedules and quality specifications.

3. Executive productivity improvement plan and overall equipment efficiency program.

4. Prepare production report and analyse the production performance.

5. Ensure records are properly maintained, updated and remain traceable as per ISO 9001:2015, ISO 22000:2018, HACCP and GMP requirements.

6. Coordinate to implement food safety and quality management system such as ISO 9001:2015, ISO 22000:2018, HACCP and GMP.

7. Monitor production operation and provide supervision to ensure production flow is smooth and qualities are maintained.

8. Ensure that manufactured product meets customer specifications.

9. Prioritize, plan, schedule and manage production activities to meet manufacturing objectives in timely and cost-effective manner.

10. Identify production issues, analyse root cause and derive resolutions.

11. Monitor and manage expenses & costing within allocated budget.

12. Develop process improvements to improve workflow efficiency.

13. Communicate production updates and errors to Operation Director on regular basis.

14. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system.

15. Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions.

16. Constantly work with different stakeholder to improve productivity and product quality.

17. Responsible in receiving all types of goods for raw materials & meats, titbits & etc.

18. Assist in monitoring pest control visits for production.
