🔍 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assist in preparing cost estimates and budgets using technical drawings and specifications.
• Perform quantity take-offs and valuations specifically for precast elements.
• Support cost monitoring and flag discrepancies early to senior QS or managers.
• Help prepare tender documents and evaluate subcontractor quotations.
• Assist with contract administration and maintain accurate documentation.
• Prepare interim and final payment valuations.
• Identify basic project risks and support mitigation planning.
• Participate in site and yard visits to monitor project progress and quality.
• Compile reports on cost performance and forecasting.
• Support client communication on project updates and essential documentation.
