Min. Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveyor/ Building Technology or other related studies.

Min. 3 years of hands‑on working experience in building construction industry as Quantity Surveyor.

Willing to work at Johor Bahru (Area).

Job Descriptions
  • Reporting to Project HOD (Property Development).
  • Responsible for QS operation of projects as the owner’s representative (take off, BQ preparation & Materials sourcing, tender document preparation, cost estimation, progress claims, evaluation of V.O and of claims, checking of drawings, preparation of Letter of Awards etc).
  • Lead in improvement of the project cost control, making proper recommendation, follow‑up and taking necessary action.
  • Assist in operation matters such as pre‑planning, cost estimate, pre‑contract coordination, post‑contract coordination, and budget and cost control tracking.
  • Able to operate Autocad to review drawing and amendment if needed.
  • Liaise with main contractors, sub‑contractors, consultants and related other parties involved in the projects.
  • Carry out re‑measurement, site valuations, assessment and verification of claims and variation orders.
  • Other assignments as and when deemed necessary.
