Responsibilities

• To perform taking-off from architectural / structural drawings for quotation preparation
• To assist tender submission, taking off quantity, handle progress claim, variation orders and finalize project accounts.
• Co-ordinate the procurement of materials and suppliers for the projects and ensuring expenses within budget.
• Monitor closely the project costs and puts up project cost reports on a schedule.
• To ensure that all relevant documents submitted are fully substantiated, accurate, and in accordance with the contract policy and procedures.
• Site visit and checking.
• Prepare monthly and weekly report
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior.
