What you’re doing

• Preparing detailed estimates, bills of quantities, and cost analyses for construction projects
• Monitoring and controlling project costs, identifying potential cost savings, and implementing cost-effective strategies
• Negotiating and managing contracts with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Providing valuable insights and recommendations to the project team to improve efficiency and profitability
• Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and company policies
• Collaborating with the project management team to deliver projects on time and within budget

What we’re looking for

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry
