• Assist in preparing quotations, pre‑qualification documents, and tender documents.
• Oversee material ordering and cost control.
• Finalize project accounts with clients and vendors.
• Undertake ad hoc duties as required by the nature of the project.

Qualifications and experience:
• Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Quantity Surveying or an equivalent field.
