Tech-Store Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a driven and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team. This full-time position is based in Puchong, Selangor, and will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of our engineering projects.

What you'll be doing

Assist in preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.

Assist in cost estimation, cost planning, and budget allocation for projects.

Conduct on-site measurements and valuations for work done.

Support in analysing and evaluating contractor/subcontractor bids.

Collaborate with the project team to ensure compliance with contractual agreements and specifications.

Assist in managing variations in the contract and preparing cost reports.

Keep track of project progress and financial expenditures.

Assist in final accounts preparation and settlement of accounts.

What we're looking for

Minimum 2-3 year related experience, preferably candidates with experience in handling QS/ Contract or any equivalent.

Must have experience with Windows based programs and advance Microsoft Microsoft, AutoCAD, and CostX skills a huge plus an added advantage.
