Job Requirements
  • At least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, in Quantity Survey or equivalent.
  • At least five (3) years working experience as Quantity Surveyor in related field.
  • Excellent time management to meet multiple deadline and work under pressure.
  • Outstanding analytic skill and coordination skill.
Responsibilities
  • Responsible in the overall contract administration, preparation of contract, project estimate and tender, monitoring and control of construction cost.
  • Preparation of contracts agreements including draft tenders and awards; be part of every tender exercise.
  • Procure the services of contractors and/or subcontractors who work on the construction of the project.
  • Perform building material estimation for each project and take site measurements.
  • Assessment of contractor’s claim.
  • Preparation for Project Budget, Progress Claim, final account and final details Bill Of Quantities (BQ).
  • Do work evaluation and process claim preparation and submission.
  • Prepare related reports and manage necessary paperwork for the team.
