Responsible for taking off quantities, sourcing subcontractors and suppliers, pricing and preparation of tender submission.
Tender and contract documents administration, prepare BQ, cost estimate, cost control and budgeting.
Prepare monthly progress claim, subcontractor's payment certification. VO evaluation and project final accounts..
Attend site valuation on project claim and ensure on time claim submission.
Liaise with consultants/ clients on certification process, or all contract related matters.
Check and analyse actual usage of project material against claimed quantities.
Attend final site valuation and ensure final account is submitted on time and verified.
To analyse projects with high negative variance of Budget against Actual.
Periodically review and update contractual information/ requirements/ agreements with relevant parties.
Prepare sub-con documents for the appointment of sub-cons and facilitate pre and post award processes for qualified sub-cons.
