Job Opportunity: Quantity Surveyor (3–5 Years Experience)

Are you a skilled Quantity Surveyor with a passion for delivering excellence in the construction and development industry? Our client, a development company, is seeking a motivated and experienced professional to join their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend tender briefing and site visits to understand the project requirements
  • Review tender pricing, project schedule and profit margin
  • Prepare cost estimates and budgets for construction projects
  • Manage tendering processes and procurement strategies
  • Prepare bill of quantities involving quantity take‑off, material sourcing, measuring and estimating material and labour costs used in the tendering process
  • Evaluate and negotiate contracts with contractors and suppliers
  • Review letter of award, work order, contract drawings and documents and highlight any deviation from the tender
  • Conduct cost control and reporting throughout the project lifecycle
  • Ensure compliance with financial and legal regulations
  • Provide accurate and timely advice on financial implications of decisions
Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
  • 3–5 years experience in development / construction industry
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Excellent understanding of construction costs, contracts and standards
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools
