Job Opportunity: Quantity Surveyor (3–5 Years Experience)

Key Responsibilities
- Attend tender briefing and site visits to understand the project requirements
- Review tender pricing, project schedule and profit margin
- Prepare cost estimates and budgets for construction projects
- Manage tendering processes and procurement strategies
- Prepare bill of quantities involving quantity take‑off, material sourcing, measuring and estimating material and labour costs used in the tendering process
- Evaluate and negotiate contracts with contractors and suppliers
- Review letter of award, work order, contract drawings and documents and highlight any deviation from the tender
- Conduct cost control and reporting throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure compliance with financial and legal regulations
- Provide accurate and timely advice on financial implications of decisions
Skills and Qualifications
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
- 3–5 years experience in development / construction industry
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Excellent understanding of construction costs, contracts and standards
- Proficiency in relevant software tools
- Exceptional negotiation and communication abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
