Job summary

A manufacturing company based in Port Klang is seeking a Quality Management Specialist to implement and maintain QMS documentation according to ISO9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016 standards. This role includes conducting internal audits, managing external audits, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, relevant certifications, and at least three years of experience in Quality Management Systems. This position may require some travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operation Management or Quality Management required.
• ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016 certifications required.
• Lead Auditor Certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain QMS documentation per ISO standards.
• Conduct internal quality audits according to ISO requirements.
• Prepare and conduct Management Review meetings.

Skills

To Monitoring company system performance and level up company quality standard.

Job Description

Implement and maintain the QMS documentation as per ISO9001: 2015, IATF 16949: 2016 and ANSI/ESD S20:20-2021 requirements.

Coordinate with process owners for implementation and compliance of system requirements.

Plan, schedule and conduct internal quality audits as per ISO9001: 2015, IATF 16949: 2016 and ANSI/ESD S20:20-2021 requirements.

Responsible for preparing and conducting Management Review meetings, collecting and providing necessary input, and tracking the implementation of management review decisions.

Coordinate external audits (customer, 3rd party and certification body) by ensuring timely resolution of audit findings and nonconformities.

To analyze all levels of documents (Quality Manual, Procedure Manual, SOP and Quality Record) with internal functional teams for improvement.

Maintain quality records and ensure retention as per QMS requirements.

Conduct QMS-related training and awareness programs for employees.

Ensure competency of internal auditors and process owners in IATF 16949 requirements.

Monitor supplier performance through KPIs (PPM and quality outflow) and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Operation Management/ Quality Management or related Management degree required.
2. Must attended ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016 Automotive Quality Standard Certifications (Professional/ Training/ Attendance).
3. Lead Auditor Certification is highly preferred

Required Skill(s)

• Strong knowledge of ISO9001:2015, IATF16949:2016 or other applicable standards.
• At least 3 years’ experience in QMS/ QMR.
• Must be willing and able to travel domestic and oversea.
