Overview

We are currently looking for a Quality Manager for a leading player in the Injection Molding Industry for their expansion. This company has a legacy of more than 30 years in the world. This position requires your urgent attention.

• Based in Penang
• Reporting to: General Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Quality Department, driving the implementation of the process approach and risk-based thinking across all operations.
• Possess full authority to quarantine and halt processing/delivery of all non-conforming materials and products (raw, WIP, and finished goods).
• Analyze quality performance trends across all production stages and report insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Direct collaboration with Production to address quality issues, implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and ensure recurrence prevention.
• Serve as the primary liaison for customer complaints (CARs) and ensure the effectiveness and regulatory compliance of the integrated Quality and Environmental Management Systems (QMS/EMS).
• Oversee the maintenance and mandatory calibration of all inspection and measuring equipment to uphold quality control standards.

Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management.
• Mandarin language proficiency is highly advantageous.
