A global manufacturing company located in Malaysia, Selangor is seeking an individual dedicated to promoting and implementing quality management processes. The role focuses on coordinating ISO certifications, driving sustainability initiatives, and fostering close relationships with main OEM customers. The ideal candidate has experience in quality management, oversees continuous improvement processes, and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements. This position emphasizes coaching and support across various departments to enhance quality measures.
The overall function of this role aims to
Promote and implements the process and quality management within his / her area of responsibility and also supporting all departments through coaching and usage of adequate tools, processes and methods.
Responsible to coordinate the activities related to system certifications such as ISO9001 and ISO14001 include Internal Audit.
Drive the continuous improvement process and mindset within the organisation.
Attend to and coordinate customer visits in relations to quality; determine root course and effects of quality issues, obtain knowledge about customer applications in order to improve quality measures.
Foster close relationship with main OEM customers as part of customer focus.
Drive the environment (sustainability) initiatives.
Competent person to fulfil regulatory requirement such as Competent Person for Schedule Waste.
