  • Report non-conforming materials promptly to prevent quality issues from reaching customers.
  • Maintain proper handling, labeling, and traceability of samples and QC records.
  • Ensure QC equipment and instruments are maintained in good working condition.

  • Follow FIFO/FEFO and traceability requirements during inspections.
  • Follow all safety rules and maintain cleanliness of the QC lab.
  • Assist in preparation of documents for audits or testing.

  3. Record and update quality inspection results accurately in forms, systems, or QC logs.
  4. Identify non-conforming products and report abnormalities, defects, or deviations to the Quality Executive/Manager immediately.
  5. Assist in verification of rework, re-test, or corrective actions on non-conforming materials.
  6. Maintain QC tools, equipment, and instruments, ensuring they are clean, calibrated, and in proper working condition.
  7. Support in-line inspections at production areas to ensure compliance with quality standards and work instructions.
  8. Follow FIFO/FEFO, proper sample labeling, and traceability requirements during inspection and testing.
  9. Follow all safety rules and maintain cleanliness of the QC lab and inspection areas.
  10. Assist in preparation of documents and samples for internal audits, customer audits, or external testing when required.
