As the Quality Executive, you will be assisting the Quality Manager in ensuring the laboratory meets the established quality documentation and maintain compliance with requirements of MS ISO/IEC 17025 and ISO 9001.
Key Responsibilities
1. Management System Maintenance and Development
- Assist in maintain, update and improve the Quality Management System documentation including Quality Manual, Procedures, Work Instructions and records in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025 and ISO 9001
- Ensure the effectiveness implementation and awareness of Quality Policy and Objectives throughout the organization
- Manage the control of documents and records, ensuring version control, proper achieving and easy retrieval.
2. Internal and External Auditing & Compliance Monitoring (ISO/IEC 17025 & ISO 9001)
- Assist to plan, schedule and conduct internal audits according to the requirements of ISO/IEC 17025, ISO 9001 and other standard related.
- Involve in internal and external audit
- Compile audit findings, manages non-conformities (NCs) and verify the effectiveness of corrective action taken.
- Assist to monitor the day-to-day operations to ensure compliance with established procedures and standards.
- Assist to prepare and analyzed approve Supplier List
3. Management Review and Performance Analysis
- Assist in prepare data and reports for Management Review meeting, including quality objectives, audit results, customer feedback and process performance.
- To track and analyzed Key Performance Index (KPI) for Technical Personnel.
4. Handling Non-Conformities & Corrective Actions
- Assist in lead the investigation into root causes of non-conforming work, customer complaint and deviations.
- Maintain logs and records of all non-conformities and corrective actions.
- Support sales department on sales/internal requisition form and investigate/analyzed.
5. Technical and Metrological Assurance
- Assist in the management of the reference equipment calibration program, ensuring all critical equipment is calibrated to national standards and is traceable
- Assist in plan, organize and monitor participation in proficiency testing (PT), measurement audit (MA) and inter-laboratory comparison (ILCs).
6. Customer Focus and Feedback/Survey
- Handle, organize and analyzed customer feedback/survey and presented in a Management Review
- Involve in Customer Audit, Visit and Witness.
- Assist Quality Manager to handle customer complaint and distribute to the related department.
- Handling in customer request forms (questionnaire, evaluation, registration and etc).
7. Training and Competence
- Assist in identifying training needs related to quality and technical procedures.
- Assist technical to maintain records of personnel competence, qualifications and training required.
8. Others
- Step up to manage the Quality department during the absence of Quality Manager.
- Support branches operation that related to quality issues.
To be a Successful Candidate
- Diploma in science or equivalent discipline with at least three (3) years working experience in relevant fields.
- Degree holders in science or equivalent discipline with at least one (1) year of relevant working experience in relevant fields.
- Ability to work independently.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel as and when required.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management systems.
