Job description

We are looking for a dynamic and creative person to join our team.

The Quality Assurance (QA) Executive is responsible for ensuring that products and processes meet established quality standards and regulatory requirements. This role involves monitoring production activities, conducting inspections, reviewing documentation, and implementing quality control measures to maintain product consistency and compliance. The QA Executive plays a key role in identifying areas for improvement, coordinating corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and supporting audits to promote a culture of continuous quality improvement across the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Assist to Assistance QA Manager / QA Manager oversee the whole QA Department.
  • Responsible for on-time submission of customer documents eg: PPAP, SPC, APQP, MSA inspection agreement, RoHS data, 8D report as & required by customer.
  • Constantly monitor and improve QA system to correct any deficiencies or weaknesses and recommend corrective measures.
  • Provide customer service in terms of quality assurance system and maintain good customer relations. (e.g.: customer complaint handling)
  • Provide and actively educate QA, production & engineering department on quality awareness and customer requirement.
  • Ensure proper control plan/II/critical inspection plan is ready for QA daily operation.
  • Provide a summary of overall quality performance and QA departmental reports for Management Meeting review.
  • Provide training and close supervision of QA staff.
  • Conduct supplier audit with purchasing department and follow up action plan as scheduled.
  • To handle & coordinate customer or third-party audits.
  • Any other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Min. 2 yrs experience in QA operation or QMS.
  • Strong knowledge of industry quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001, 13485, 14001, 45001 & IATF 16949) and ability to ensure compliance across operations.
  • Familiar with QA methodologies and tools such as 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram, FMEA, and control charts.
  • Exceptional attention to detail in reviewing processes, documentation, and product quality to ensure zero defects.
  • Effective communicator, able to coordinate with production, engineering, and regulatory teams to align quality objectives.
