Responsibilities

• Ensure quality assurance throughout the product life cycle.

• Provide training and coaching to the QC team.

Responsibilities & Tasks

• Product Life Cycle: Responsible for the quality assurance of the whole product life cycle.
• Root Cause Analysis: Identify quality issues, lead root cause analysis investigation and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Date Collection & Analysis: Collect and analyse production and quality date to identify the areas for improvement and prepare quality performance reports for management.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI): Participate in new product development activities to ensure quality standards are met or exceed internal and external requirements.
• Quality Control Process Development: Work closely with production teams to develop and implement effective products quality control process.
• Training & Coaching: Provide training, coaching and guidance to QC team to maintain efficiency and effectiveness.
• Audit: Conduct regular production process audits, support customers audits, and follow up the closure of non-conformities.

Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by Management from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor in Engineering or a related field with 1-3 year(s) of working experience.
