Responsibilities

• Handling incoming raw/packaging materials quality checking according to checklist parameters with appropriate records in timely manner.
• Handling in process and finished good quality control inspection in production (filling & packing lines) for every manufacturing batches.
• To stick QC approve sticker on finished good/ 3rd party finished goods at warehouse once release by QC.
• Compile necessary monthly report to superior in timely manner.
• Good documentation practice to compile all the BMR and file accordingly.
• Ensure any non-conformances are detected during testing/ inspection stage are well identified, segregated and promptly notify to superior or relevant parties for immediate action.
• Ensure continual improvements on QC related working procedures and product quality at all time by implementing more productive and effective process flow on respective scope.
• To perform any other assignment duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Management/ superior from all time.
