Job summary

A leading testing, inspection, and certification company is seeking a Laboratory Technician in Kulai, Malaysia. The successful candidate will ensure laboratory compliance with ISO 17025 and conduct tests while adhering to quality procedures. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related field, with experience preferred but fresh graduates with a positive attitude are welcomed. A strong focus on communication, computer skills, and teamwork is essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 – 2 years’ experience in a relevant analytical laboratory.
• Fresh graduates with a positive attitude are acceptable as training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with ISO 17025, SAMM policy, and laboratory QA/QC system.
• Conduct testing according to SOP and QA/QC procedures.
• Ensure quality manual and procedures are documented and followed.
• Review and issue test reports and certificates professionally.
• Adhere to Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) regulations.
