Responsibilities:

• Inspect incoming raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods
• Ensure all products meet quality specifications, tolerances, and visual standards
• Record inspection results, maintain QA documentation and prepare reports
• Identify and report non-conformities; assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Work closely with production team to ensure consistent quality output
• Maintain and calibrate inspection tools and equipment (e.g. vernier caliper, micrometer, height gauge)
• Support continuous improvement and quality system initiatives
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and relevant industry standards

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma in related field (Engineering or Manufacturing preferred)
• Prior experience in QA/QC, preferably in metal, machining, or manufacturing industry
• Ability to read technical drawings and use basic measurement tools
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
