About the role

Join Victory Learning Academy as a Quality Assurance & HR Admin (Remote). This full-time position is based in Semenyih, Selangor, offering the flexibility of remote work. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance across our operations, while also providing vital HR administrative support.

Working Hours
  • Monday-Friday: 1pm-9pm
  • Saturday: 12pm-4pm

Monthly Salary: RM1700-RM2000

What you'll be doing
Quality Assurance Roles
  1. Monitor daily online classes to ensure SOP compliance
  2. Check tutors create quizzes and assign homework as required
  3. Ensure tutors turn on cameras during lessons
  4. Track compliance using reports/checklists
  5. Follow up with tutors on missed SOP items
  6. Escalate repeated non-compliance to Academic Manager
  7. Developing and implementing quality assurance processes to monitor and improve the quality of our learning materials and services
  8. Conducting regular quality checks and providing detailed reports to management
  9. Liaising with department heads to identify and address areas for improvement
HR Roles
  1. Providing HR administrative support, including managing employee records, processing payroll, and assisting with onboarding and offboarding
  2. Implementing HR policies and procedures
  3. Maintaining and updating HR-related documentation and systems
  4. Assisting with employee queries and providing support as needed
What we're looking for
  1. SPM or STPM Graduates for quality assurance or HR administrative role as welcomed
  2. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Proficient in using HR software and Microsoft Office suite/ Google Workspace
  5. Knowledge of relevant HR laws and regulations
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  7. Passionate about education and committed to maintaining high-quality standards
