Job description

QUALITY ASSURANCE EXECUTIVE-BIRD NEST EXPORTING

1. Monitor to ensure all practices and procedure are carried out in accordance to the system.
2. Check to verify for compliance of all intermediary/finished product in all step of production.
3. Manage the calibration schedule and review calibrations results.
4. Investigate to report on non-compliance/s
5. Prepare CAR on all NCRs
6. Ensure the effectiveness of the traceability system
7. Review and verify the heat treatment process
8. Procure analysis test and results, MOH health certificates
9. Responsibility for premises maintenance
10. To coordinate the compliance of the documentation of Quality Management system in accordance with VHM, HALAL and HACCP.
11. Preparation of QA reports and documents.
12. To assist in other departments to support the operational needs.
13. To assist in any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Superior.
14. Working hours: Monday until Friday (8.30 am – 5.30 pm); Saturday (8.30 am – 1.30 pm)

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree or Professional Degree in Science or Food Technology or equivalent.
• At least 1 to 2 years of experience in food industry, preferably in QA or supplier food safety audits.
• Preferably with understanding on GMP, HALAL, MOH, DVS, HACCP & MESTI.
• Physically fit to work in factory premise (during audit)
• Able to travel for work and work independently.
• No food allergy or aversion to testing and evaluating ingredients.
• Proficient in Mandarin, English & Bahasa Melayu (spoken & written). We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers.
• This position requires candidate to possess strong leadership qualities, willing to work independently and ready to take challenges
• Good Management skills and acquire problems solving and decision making skills
• Fresh Graduates are also taken into consideration
• Can start work immediately.
