A leading technology solutions provider in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Training Manager to develop and administer training programs for the Claims Team. The ideal candidate will have experience in medical claims processing and Claims Quality Assurance. You will work collaboratively, manage the offshore team, and ensure adherence to client guidelines. Proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English is required. This position offers a dynamic work environment and opportunities for professional growth.
To develop, plan and administer a wide range of training programs (including technical, soft skills and induction) to Claims Team or where training is required to support claims processing services.
To conduct monthly Quality Assurance checking to measure the effectiveness of the training provided; to identify gaps in processes and claim practices; role of the ambassador to drive the team to develop skills and knowledge to ensure a sustainable and robust team. To design new training materials for new programmes and products to support business growth.
