Job description

Ensure that a quality system is established, implemented and maintained in accordance to Quality Management System standard.

Develop, implement, and manage the Quality Management System (QMS) to support consistent assembly processes and product standards.

Ensure employee comply with Quality System Regulation and ISO quality standards.

Coordinate Internal Audit including: prepare annual master plan and audit program including identify the audit scope, audit criteria & audit objective for the System Audit.

Conduct audit preparation and Internal Audit for all plants prior to external audit.

Conduct Process or Product audit as required by the standard requirements.

Identify and define roles and responsibilities for Internal Auditors to perform Quality Management System audits.

Prepare audit findings, maintain audit log and follow up on the response of the process owners on non-conformities closure.

Prepare audit summary report.

Coordinate with certification bodies for ISO quality system audits.

Assist in conducting Second Party Audit or Customer Audit activities.

Work closely with external parties, i.e. Certification Body and to ensure the validity of the ISO certificates.

Assist to prepare Management Review minutes & report.

Identify and implement improvements to Quality System processes.

Maintain and continually update the Quality Management System Documentation.

Act as Document Controller: establish, update, and obtain approval for QMS documents; ensure controlled distribution, document retention, and proper disposition of obsolete documents.

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.

Skills & Experiences:

Thorough understanding of quality management systems and international standards such as ISO 9001, ISO14001, ISO45001.

Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and document control systems.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Ability to speak and write in Mandarin is an added advantage.
