Job summary

A leading manufacturer in automation seeks experienced QC Inspectors/Quality Controllers to ensure product quality in Puchong, Selangor. You will perform inspections and ensure compliance with standards. The role requires QC inspection knowledge and experience, along with the ability to conduct dimensional and visual inspections using measuring equipment. We are seeking experienced QC Inspectors/Quality Controllers to join our production team at Globe Advantech Sdn. Bhd. in Puchong, Selangor. As a QC Inspector/Quality Controller, you will be responsible for inspecting and testing our fabricated products to the highest standards, identifying any issues and recommending corrective actions.

Job Description

• Perform incoming, in-process and outgoing inspections on fabricated & machined parts.


• Able to conduct dimensional and visual inspections using measuring equipment such as CMM machine, digital calliper, height gauge, pin gauge, micrometre etc.


• Understanding of CMM machine operation and programming.


• Interpret and understand drawings/Geometric Dimensions and Tolerance to identify inspection requirements.


• Monitor all finished products to ensure that they meet specified standards.


• Prepare and key in inspection reports accurately and on time.


• Ensure inspection activities comply with company quality standards and customer requirements.
