Job summary

A manufacturing company in Johor Bahru is seeking a Quality Control Inspector to perform inspections and maintain compliance with established procedures. Candidates should have at least 1 year of QC experience in manufacturing, preferably with plastic injection molding knowledge and familiarity with ISO standards. This role involves recording inspection data and monitoring process set-ups.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in Quality Control (QC) within the manufacturing sector.
• Experience with plastic injection molding is essential.
• Familiarity with ISO standards is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspection according to the established procedure and sampling plan.
• Record and file all inspection data.
• Monitor for process line set-up abnormalities during inspection patrols and provide feedback to superiors.
• Conduct In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA), Outgoing Quality Assurance (OGQA), and incoming inspections as required.
