Job summary

A manufacturing company in Perak is seeking a Quality Control Supervisor to oversee the QC team. Responsibilities

Minimum 2 years manufacturing QC experience

Supervise and monitor QC team, ensure team performed routine in accordance to job specification.

Responsible for the development and implementation of inspection activities, the detection and resolution of problems

Perform periodic pre‑requisite inspections of manufacturing processes, facilities and environment to ensure adherence to quality and industry standard.

Inspect daily production using established policies, procedures

Enforce full implementation of the QC procedures on all quality matters

To verify/monitor all processes & product are comply with quality standards as per master setting/standard

Perform quality audit and check the conformance of manufacturing process to documented specification.

ISO knowledge for 22000 & 9001

Continuously identify areas for improvement in QC processes and systems.

Requirements

• Computer literate, possess basis measuring equipment such as caliper
