Job summary

Responsibilities

• Conduct incoming, in-process, and final inspections of metal stamping parts.
• Identify and document stamping defects.
• Maintain QC records, calibration logs, and inspection sheets.
• Support NCR reporting, CAPA follow-up, and quality improvement.

Conduct incoming, in-process, and final inspections of metal stamping parts.

Identify and document stamping defects (burrs, scratches, cracks, dents, etc.).

Maintain QC records, calibration logs, inspection sheets, and documentation.

Assist in maintaining ISO 9001 & 14001 standards and preparing audit materials.

Support NCR reporting, CAPA follow-up, and quality improvement activities.

Ensure departmental compliance to SOPs, WI, and quality procedures.

Able to communicate with customer’s query

Special Requirements (Metal Stamping)

Experience in metal stamping QC processes will be an advantage.

Ability to read basic engineering drawings and part specifications.

Skilled in using standard measurement tools.

Familiar with ISO 9001 & ISO14001 documentation and audit processes.

Understanding of safety requirements related to stamping operations.

General Requirements

Diploma/Certificate in QC, Engineering, or relevant field.

Experience in QC and ISO documentation is an advantage.

Strong organization, communication, and attention to detail.

Proficiency in English/Malay; additional language skills Mandarin will be an advantage.
